Open Mental Health Grants
Funded by Somerset NHS Charity, and delivered in partnership with the NHS-funded work of Open Mental Health, OMH grants support mental health projects that keep people well and improve mental health across Somerset.
By supporting community-based initiatives led by local charities, OMH grants strengthen and protect NHS services, making a real difference for those facing mental health challenges and their loved ones.

Since 2020, Open Mental Health grants totalling over £900,000 have supported more than 140 local organisations, helping them deliver innovative and targeted mental health support at the heart of our communities.
