As Quality and Service Improvement Manager, you will work as part of the Open Mental Health (OMH) Lead Accountable Body – Business and Partnership Team to deliver internal service development, quality assurance and service improvement support to existing and new services. This extends into delivering effective Data Metric reporting, Project development and mobilisation of services. Reporting to the Senior Business and Partnership Manager, your focus is to ensure the effective operational development and delivery of new and existing workstreams, the effective monitoring of quality, performance and reporting metrics and driving a culture of change, whilst maintaining positive and transparent partnership relationships to achieve OMH strategy and growth aspirations.
Home based in, or near, Somerset
This is a fixed-term contract until 30th September 2026.
