What actually happens during a session? You will have a one-to-one appointment with a team member who is there to listen, advise, and talk through options. We focus on active listening and grounding techniques, helping people find ways of coping with current difficulties.
Where and when can I visit? Appointments are available every day from 6 pm to 11 pm across Somerset. We have spaces in: Bridgwater, Yeovil, Taunton, Glastonbury, and Frome. Sessions can be held in person, over the phone, or virtually (via Zoom), so you can choose the way that feels safest for you.
Do I need a doctor’s referral? No, you can refer yourself or, with their agreement, someone you are worried about. You can be introduced to the service through Mindline Somerset or book online.
Who is this service for? It is for anyone aged 18 or over living in Somerset who is struggling with their mental health. Please note that we cannot support anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of their appointment.
