We’re delighted to announce the recipients of the 2025 OMH Community Grants! Eleven amazing projects have been awarded funding to support the mental health and wellbeing of people across Somerset.
The Open Mental Health Community Grants scheme, funded by Somerset NHS Charity, supports grassroots projects and community-led initiatives that help people connect with their local community, access therapeutic activities, and receive practical guidance.
By empowering smaller, local groups and charities—often the first point of contact for individuals seeking help—the grants help to fill gaps in existing provision. This ensures more people receive the right support at the right time, when and where they need it, making a lasting difference in the lives of Somerset residents.
