We’re Hiring: Diversity & Inclusion Officer (Part-Time)
We’re looking for someone passionate about equity, accessibility and belonging to join the Open Mental Health alliance in Somerset.

As our Diversity & Inclusion Officer, you’ll help make sure our services truly support every community. You’ll work across our partner organisations to embed inclusive practice, build connections, and create positive change for people who may face barriers to accessing mental health support.

Key Details:

• Hours: 21 hours per week (hybrid working)
• Location: Taunton / Home working
• Salary: £29,271 FTE (£17,562 actual)
• Contract: 1 year initially

Community Engagement Officer

We’re Hiring: Community Engagement Officer (Part-Time)
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about community voice, inclusion and improving access to mental health support across Somerset.

As our Community Engagement Officer, you’ll connect with partners, community groups and people with lived experience to ensure their voices help shape how the Open Mental Health alliance designs and delivers services. Your work will help make sure support is more accessible, responsive, and representative of our diverse communities.

• Hours: 21 hours per week (hybrid working)
• Location: Taunton / Home working
• Salary: £29,271 FTE (£17,562 actual)
• Contract: 1 year initially

This role is all about building relationships, listening deeply, amplifying voices, and helping create positive change through collaboration.
