They bring local support workers, the National Health Service, and charities together, making it much simpler to find the help that’s right for you.
Open Mental Health Locality Hubs
When you ask for support from Open Mental Health, you are introduced to your local team, made up of Recovery and Wellbeing Workers, a Locality Lead, and a Locality Coordinator. Together, you take time to look at the whole picture of your life and work out what kind of support suits you best.
The teams offer more than one-to-one help; they also run group sessions and courses, creating safe, welcoming spaces where you can connect with other people and build supportive friendships.
