Learning new things or joining a group can often feel a bit daunting, especially when we are managing our mental health. But finding a safe space to connect with others who have similar experiences can be a powerful part of our recovery journey.
WATCH CIO is offering several courses across Somerset and online throughout 2026 and 2027. These programmes are designed to be welcoming, kind spaces, where thought-provoking conversations can be had. Attendees can have fun and connect with others while learning and sharing personal insights and experiences.
Self-Discovery Workshops
The workshops offer a relaxed environment to learn self-management tips and practical tools for recovery. Sessions run weekly for eight weeks, and each lasts two-and-a-half hours.
Attending a course can sometimes make us feel anxious, but in these workshops, there is never any pressure to speak. Sitting back and listening is always welcome.
