Echoes Peer Support Group
What Is Echoes?
Echoes is an in-person peer support group designed for people who have completed an emotional skills intervention. The name Echoes reflects the group’s purpose: to reinforce skills already learned and support the development of new practices that continue into the future.
The group focuses on the practical application of skills in everyday life.
Who May Benefit?
- You may benefit from attending if:
- You have completed an emotional skills intervention with the Community Mental Health Service (for example, Managing Emotions Group, Distress Tolerance, Anxiety/Low Mood programmes, or individual therapy).
- You would like ongoing support to apply and practise these skills.
- You are interested in sharing ideas and learning from others with similar experiences.
