While the festive period can be a time of joy, it can also bring stress, pressure, and a blizzard of social gatherings and responsibilities. Expectations can leave us feeling overwhelmed. It can be a lonely experience, too, when we are reminded of people who are no longer in our lives or feel particularly conscious of being on our own.
To help you smooth out the ups and downs of the winter season, Somerset Council, Our Somerset and OMH Expert by Experience Leaders, have created a wellbeing calendar—a resource to support your mental health with daily self-care tips and simple actions to make this year’s holidays a little easier on the mind.
