Our Partners & their Services
Open Mental Health (OMH) offers a joined-up network of support for patients, clinicians, and anyone else assisting individuals experiencing poor mental health. As a partnership of voluntary, community and social enterprises, including Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset Council, and those with lived mental health experiences, we are revolutionising mental health services in Somerset and challenging conventional care models.
