Our Sedgemoor Hub
Serving the Sedgemoor area of Somerset: Cheddar, Bridgwater & Burnham on Sea.
Peer Support
When we are struggling with our mental health, connecting with someone who truly understands can make a world of difference. In the Sedgemoor area, our peer support workers use their lived experiences to listen, offer guidance, and help find a way forward. Whether it is through a one-to-one chat, peer mentoring, or simply sitting with others in a supportive environment, you do not have to face things alone.
