Our Taunton and West Somerset Hub
Serving the Taunton and West area of Somerset: Minehead, Dulverton, Watchet, Taunton and Wellington.
Peer Support
When we are struggling with our mental health, connecting with someone who truly understands can make a world of difference. In the Taunton and West Somerset area, our peer support workers use their lived experiences to listen, offer guidance, and help find a way forward. Whether it is through a one-to-one chat, peer mentoring, or simply sitting with others in a supportive environment, you do not have to face things alone.
Specialist Support
Sometimes, we need some extra, specialised help to get back on track with our mental health. Our alliance brings together healthcare professionals and local charities who can support you with complex mental health needs, eating disorders, or practical challenges connected to housing, money, and benefits. If you need dedicated therapies, assessments, or crisis support, our specialists are ready to help.
